SPEC is committed to ensure the maximum level of local content during the execution of the Project as well as knowledge transfer facilitation. SPEC’s Nigeria Operations are more than 95% localized. SPEC is committed to ensure 100% local content (local community workers) for unskilled and semi-skilled workforce. For Skilled Workforce, SPEC will endeavor to hire from local community where those skill sets are available, but when not, SPEC will ensure local Nigerian work force of at least 90% for skilled staff.
